Refund and Returns Policy

We works hard to ensure that all our products are high-quality materials & shipped on time and accurately. You are fully protected by our “Total Satisfaction And Full Money Back Guarantee” which applies for a full 30 days period after purchase date if you are disappointed for any of the following reasons:

– The product itself is flawed. – The quality of the product is poor. – The final product is materially different than the image presented on the product page.

Note: Return policy applies ONLY to products that are of poor production quality. Since products are produced on demand, our store is unable to refund/exchange products in cases where a customer changes his/her mind or orders incorrectly (wrong size, color, etc.). Please confirm your order before submitting.

However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll find a solution for your case because as we said, your satisfaction is our top priority and our guarantee.

Most of the times we just re-ship the item at our cost if there’s been any unsatisfactory issue, which is very rare, but you should know anyway, so please don’t worry at all. We are here for you at all time.

Cancel Order Policy


Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email [email protected] and include:

1. Your order number
2. Name on the order
3. Email the order was made with, and
5. Your request.
Please note that changing or cancellation of the Customer’s order may not be accepted in certain cases.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been produced. you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.
